For all product issues, please contact us and remain the integrity of the product. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Incorrect delivery: Please contact us and submit all the details of the order via the chat box of the Website or via email@example.com (customer service email). We may request the original product back, therefore, please remain the integrity of the product until the case is closed. In case of incorrect delivery, the back-and-forth delivery cost will be absorbed by us.
- Product defects: Please contact us via the chat box of the Website or via firstname.lastname@example.org for the return/refund process. Note: don't forget to take a photo of the defects (next to your package) and send it to us. We may request the original product back, therefore, please remain the integrity of the product until the case is closed. In the case of defects, the back-and-forth delivery cost will be absorbed by us.
- Does not receive the goods but the case noted "delivered": due to the fault of the shipping company of the customer's country or our carrier, please send the relevant proofs. For example, if an email confirmation of wrong delivery and no support from the shipping unit (of the customer), contact us directly so we can assist you.
- Return: Customer MUST remain complete of the product and deliver it back to us on their expense.
We will refund the payment excluding the shipping fee when received the package.
- Artificial damage: Contact us & indicates the damaged parts, we will provide the replacements to you; the shipping fee will be subjected by customer.
- Lost package (tracking code noted "undelivered"): if packaged has failed to deliver after 40 days since the dispatch date, we will assist you with refund process. Please contact us if you have come across this issue.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
