Return & Refund Policy
Important: Made-to-Order Products
At Maiacombo, every order is made to order, meaning your items are prepared specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?
Since all orders are made to order, we begin processing your order shortly after it's placed. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order.
To request a change or cancellation, please provide:
- Your order number
- The modification or reason for cancellation
We'll do our best to accommodate your request before production begins. Please note that:
- Orders that have already entered production or been fulfilled cannot be modified or canceled
- A management, processing, and transaction fee of 20% of your total order value will be applied to all cancellations, due to the made-to-order nature of our products

Production & Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, please allow 4–6 business days for production before your order is handed off for shipping. You'll receive a notification once your order is on its way!
Returns & Refunds
You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Come with a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at service@maiacombo.com with the subject line: "Return Maiacombo Items". Please include your proof of purchase and a photo of the package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please send your return to:

⚠️ Please note: As each skin is custom-made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been applied or show signs of use.
Refund Requirements
To qualify for a refund, please ensure:
- Item(s) are unopened and in original condition
- Item(s) are returned in all original packaging, including accessories and paperwork
- Item(s) are shipped using an insured and traceable shipping method
- Returns are postmarked within 15 days of your receipt date (e.g., if you received your order on January 1, the return must be postmarked by January 16)
Please also keep in mind:
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including gift cards. We're unable to refund a different payment method if a gift card was used at checkout
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased during a sale or special promotion, including Buy 1 Get 1 Free sales, discount codes greater than 10%, or Free Shipping promotions
We strongly encourage you to contact us before sending any return, so our team can confirm your order's eligibility. If a return is sent without prior consultation and does not meet our requirements, a refund will not be issued. We'll notify you by email with all available options.
Late or Missing Refunds
Haven't received your refund yet? Here's what to do:
- Check your bank account as it may already be there!
- Contact your credit card company as posting can take a few business days
- Contact your bank as there's often a short processing period before a refund appears
If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@maiacombo.com and we'll look into it right away.
Exchanges - Defective or Damaged Items
Received a defective or damaged item? We're so sorry, and we'll make it right!
Email us at service@maiacombo.com and we'll send you a free replacement at no extra cost to you.
Received the Wrong or Faulty Item?
Please contact our Customer Support team at service@maiacombo.com to begin the exchange process. Please include:
- Order number
- Photo or video of the faulty or incorrect product
- Complete delivery address
- Contact phone number
Photo or video evidence may be required to process your refund or replacement.
